Support server

The quickest way to reach the team is the KAEVO community server — open a mod mail thread there and it lands directly with staff.

From inside Discord

If KAEVO is already in your server, you don't have to go anywhere: /support gets you help, /bugreport files a bug straight to the developers, and /suggestion sends feature ideas.

Data requests

For anything covered by the Privacy Policy — access, correction, deletion or export of your data — open a mod mail thread in the support server and state what you need. Where a request conflicts with a server's moderation records, we'll explain the position rather than silently refuse.
